The Galaxy Police deploy their dimension-oscillating bullet to counter Momo and Beni’s destructive effects on the fabric of space-time. The Japanese government scrambles to prepare against whatever measures the GP are willing to take, while whipping up a conspiracy about falling satellites to calm the masses. Miss Ukan spearheads the ground operation to detain Washu and prevent the dimension-oscillating bullet from failing. But Washu’s got some unique and creative weaponry at her disposal to hold back the SWAT, giving Tenchi and Momo enough time to get ahold of Momo’s key and activate Momo’s ship.
