Tenchi approaches a dejected young Momo, swinging in solitude at the school playground. He comforts her as she relents to him her fears for the future, only to be torn from her by the strange power throwing him through time. Back on Earth, Washu taunts the Galaxy Police and goads them into freeing her in exchange for saving the world. All it takes is a little “Get out of space-jail free” card! Tossed about in memories long since passed, Tenchi struggles to find where Momo lies in the disjointed timeline. All the while, Beni and Ryoko make a rather important discovery deep underground.
