    While I was compiling images of the house for the Art Evolution thread, I noticed an interesting continuity error. Throughout all three OVA series, the roof of the Masaki house is blue, both before and after Mihoshi destroyed it in “Night Before the Carnival”. However, in OVA series 3 episode 1, Tenchi is visiting the house’s former site in town. As he is reminiscing, he envisions the house in its former resting place, with a red roof.

    This begs the question. Was this a continuity error, or was the roof of the OVA series 1 house originally red and later painted blue? butts1
