I largely agree with you, Snow. I haven’t altogether liked SM: Crystal so far, but I enjoyed this episode more than the previous ones. Mako-chan kicking huge amounts of ass certainly made for a satisfying conclusion, and I thought the pacing and animation also improved noticeably this episode. I’m still reserving final judgement for when the whole gang is assembled, but I think today’s ep was a step in the right direction! Now it’s onward to Minako!
