**This is a repost: Mar 18, 2017**I just found out there’s gonna be Code Blue Season 3 will be airing this summer. So I’m re-scheduling and re-shuffling releases for the next dozen reviews. So I’m gonna stick with shows featuring Aragaki Yui which happen to fit in well for some reason including new ones.

Summary:
Kitajima Shinnosuke, a cowboy from Arizona, comes to Shibuya to look for Momoko. Seeing a group of girls dancing Para-Para he figures that’s the best place to start. His existence changes people’s lives in Shibuya.
Critique:
This is a comedy based on Shinnosuke’s 4 year old self’s knowledge of Japan, Japanese language & culture, people and the world. Misunderstandings on his side lead to [strike]horrible[/strike]experiences or insights which changes the lives of the people involved. It’s a bit lacking but the stories get better toward the end. It’s very enjoyable if you disregard some shortcomings.
