Washu seem to not to want Ryoko to be her clone. In order to prevent Ryoko from being her clone, Washu had needed another X chromosone. Washu had used some genetic material from her best friend Naja Akara for the second X chromosone. Since Naja was a hermophrodite, she/he was Ryoko’s father.

Kenshi and Tenchi having a kid sister is more likely than Tenchi having one sister or two younger sisters. Raye and Nobuyuki will likely have a second child after Kenshi was born. If Nobuyuki and Rea have a second child, the child will likely to be a girl. The girl is just one of Kenshi’s sisters. When Kenshi is referring to his sisters, he was referring mosty o his sister-in-laws. Still, it is logical for Kenshi and Tenchi having a kid sister.
