A Challenge! Lyrics to the 1st OVA's opening soundtrack

The title says it all. The 1st OVA had the opening that everyone knows, complete with a set array of Japanese instruments and contemporary instruments in the mix. The opening was an instrumental that drew many of the viewers in, being one of the most, if not the most, recognizable soundtrack from the Tenchi Muyo franchise. However this is a fun challenge I have.

Try to come up with lyrics to the Opening, and post your ideas/lyrics here! Hope to see how funny/awesome this will be! [nagi3]

  Okay, now… the first thing I want to get in mind would be themes. What are the themes of Tenchi Muyo? What story elements are prevalent in that story?

  Space adventure with a harem icing pretty much sums up OVA 1. ^^

  Ehh, that’s subjective in that regard. A “To each their own” notion. Considering the first OVA was a more space-centric story with the subplot of who he would pick. The second OVA was technically a different series.
  
  Again, up to you how to look at it, man. I still await to see what you concoct.

  Not saying that they’re like completely different continuity, oh no, but they aren’t in the same form of presentation. Considering the majority of the people behind Tenchi save for Kajishima left afterwards, leaving the story to Kajishima. Originally it was several writers and minds behind it.
  
  To make it relative again, OVA 1 was what this opening song was made for.
  
  Again, they are in the same universe and continuation, but things changed drastically in the transition period.
