I was watching the Red Wings/Lightning playoff game on CNBC yesterday(Monday)when the
inevitable commercial break came.
One of the commercials was for Sonic Drive In. If you seen them then they’re the ones with the two
middle aged dudes in the car.
This particuliar commercial had a special appearance by Kevin Durant.
Now….Seriously?!
The last time Kevin Durant and anything named Sonic went together was before the team moved from Seattle.
I kinda wonder if the ad people ever realized the irony of the entire thing.
My initial reaction: Kiyofacepalm1
Though I have to admit now it would have been funnier if they had him wear his old Sonics jersey
for the ad.
