    So one of the reasons I came to this great site in the first place was because of Tenchi Muyo Abridged. But I also like other forms of parodied anime on Youtube and wherever else it may lie in the bowels of the internet. Like one such Abridgment I enjoy is that of Hellsing Ultimate.

      the hellsing abridged is funny as hell!!! 😆 too bad that they come out once a year every halloween.

      Good thread! I do enjoy good abridging. Fun fact with TLF…Tenchi is not the only series they abridged. Sadly, however, like with their Tenchi series as of late, these other creations were repeatedly taken down, accounts suspended, etc. so idk as of this moment how much of their other work is still up.

      I really enjoyed their FMAB Abridged series–not only was it the best, imo, but it was also the first, which is quite a title considering how many FMA/FMAB attempts there have been.

      Don’t have links for this one, because, sadly, after several account deletions and even re-vamping/restarting the entire series, it’s gone the way of the dinosaurs, and frankly, I can’t blame TLF for not going through all the effort to make more and reupload yet again only to have it taken down and be hit with cease-and-desist orders.

      Indeed, cool thread idea! It’s super cool that it was TLF that brought you to our forum Makoto!

      Of course, I am a fan of TLF (although not as big as WHO obviously lol) and I consider their best work to be the Daughter of Darkness movie abridged. Great stuff!

      As for other abridged series, I’ve seen the bigger abridger’s, like Little Kuriboh’s and Team Four Star’s, stuff, but it didn’t make that big of an impression on me. I am a fan of Megamii33’s Sailor Moon Abridged series, largely for the hilariously over-the-top portrayal of the characters and the merciless way in which they make fun of the glaring inconsistencies and dialog fails of the English dub.

      I’ve actually had the idea of doing a Star Blazers Abridged for a long time, but seeing as I’m pretty much the only fan I have access to, and my video/sound editing skills are nonexistent, I’m fairly certain it’s just a pipedream lol.

      Sorry I’m not a fellow fan chuck (I need to watch that one, so maybe soon I will be!) I like abridging (sigh, yes, I’ve abridged before, a while ago) but I kind of ‘gave up’ chiefly because fighting the copyright shhhtuff is just too much work/grief for too little payoff. Though, perhaps an older, lesser-known series like Star Blazers would have a better shot (that’s one of the reasons TLF went with Tenchi and why, up until recently, they’ve been more or less “safe”).

      So, chuck…given the fact that I’m sadly not a fan (thus you’d have to write the material) and with my time-management in general, episodes would be few and far between, aaaand so I can avoid all the “noise” (if there is any) associated with 3rd-party yt uploading “fun” I think you’d have to have a channel to upload to, but if you did want to pursue your pipedream, and needed help with editing/voice over…I’m in 😎

      If anything, the site here needs to band together to form an abridged version of Photon: The Idiot Adventures. It’s relatively obscure enough to avoid cease and desist orders, it’s popular enough to garner at least 100 views… what could possibly go wrong?

      I’ve recently stumbled across a hilarious abridgement of the first Evangelion Rebuild movie called EvAbridged. It’s an ongoing project, with the second video only coming out last week, but it’s of the absolute highest quality editing and voice acting.

      First of, EvAbridged that Chuck post earlier really worth a watch, there are 4 episodes now, and I believe it’s finished.

      I came across an Attack Titan abridged ! It was cool, kinda long but there is only one episode.

      Yeah AoT abridged is currently on indefinite hiatus, because when TeamFourStar made the video, Attack On Titan was still newish, so it got hit with copyrights or something. So they won’t make anymore soon. They made a video announcement about it
