I have to say that of all the games I’ve played over the years, games by Rockstar are among my favorites. So, does anyone else here like ’em? If so, which titles? What do you dislike about them? I’m gonna say that Red Dead Redemption is my favorite title to date. It’s very expansive and there’s so much to do even without completing the main story line.

Aww Rockstar, well of course my favorite game from the Rockstar developers is Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (With Vice City being a close second) http://i138.photobucket.com/albums/q262/Dagon123/gta_sa.png " /> Basically it was the ultimate open-world game, you could do whatever you wanted and the game never slighted you for it which is what I’ve always loved about the GTA series, I’ve only ever finished the game once despite putting in so many hours I can’t even count. Plus being set in the early 90’s had one of the best GTA soundtracks ever, Radio X forever.

I have never been a fan of the GTA series. However, i am a fan of red dead redemption and la noire. Red dead had a nice feel to it, played well, ok storyline and it had very tight gameplay. LA noire was an exceptional game i thought. It was just so different from all the other games i had and it made you really think and immersed you into the mind of a detective. Only problem with la noire is that i am a terrible driver in it, especially when i drive on the correct side of the road (the left).

I enjoy RDR and LA Noire quite a bit because I’ve always had a fascination with each game’s respective time period. I love the Wild West and the 40’s and the gameplay of each title allows the player to be immersed in those worlds. The motion capture technology and story line adds another dimension to the gameplay; it’s like playing a movie. When I play RDR, I find myself actually slipping into the mindset of the characters. In both games, the main character’s story is tragic in it’s own way. John spends the majority of the game trying to get his family back and dies shortly after. Cole spends the game immersing himself in his work to atone for the guilt he feels at the cost of distancing himself from his family and ultimately forgetting his Wife, then at the time of his death, he’s a shamed man. Anyway, I’ll stop rambling. The only problem I had with LA Noire was that it was so short; I beat it in four days. -

letsee one of my favoite gta games was vice city and 4. vice city because you can get a flying tank (turn the cannon part of the tank 180 and keep firing with the low gravity on) and 4 because of the drifting. red dead redemption was also an epic game that acturly almost brought me to tears because of the story
