I don’t normally get into the Summer anime craze, I just watch whatever I want, but lately I’ve stumbled upon the new slice-of-life series Sore Ga Seiyu! or Seiyu’s Life.

I’m happily awaiting the third episode. The show is about three girls breaking into the Japanese VO/Seiyu scene. They are all there for different reasons. The struggle is real. This is an anime version of a behind-the-scenes bonus feature, or a look into the Japanese industry. It’s girly but fun and makes references to other shows.

  That sounds interesting.It would be interesting to see how far the characters are able to make it in their chosen career path.
