So, this wasn’t traced, but I did carefully measure out all the proportions in the image and had the original art next to my drawing book the whole time for comparison. So… I guess you could say that it’s hand-copied, but not traced.

That’s very impressive! The shading is what particularly caught my eye. Yeah, you should definitely entertain the thought of pursuing your drawing abilities to even further ends, good on ya!

Um, well thanks! What was it in the shading that you noticed?

Err, um…mostly just that you did it, and did it well, demonstrative that you have an eye for detail (sorry don’t have a “technical” answer)

Hm. I didn’t know… does shading get left un-done by some people? -

I still say it’s a stretch to call this my artwork at all. This mask, however, is:

The silvery glint comes from the flash on my camera reflecting off of the graphite. Realistically speaking, that’s all dark. -

Wahanly is my #1 favorite from War on Geminar. She’s the wild child of the cast, and was always of energy. Overall, she is a big ball of fun! Also, isn’t she voiced by the actress that played Kari in Digimon?
