    Have you gotten your wifi/mumble situation sorted out balls? Or do you plan on using a your friends wifi again? I only ask because I know that you’ve often got connection problems and since we’re recording it’s important that everybody come in loud and clear.

    My interpretation is that the pictures, showing the growth and developement of a shopping/business area, is supposed to mirror the history of the Abenobashi Shopping Arcade and/or the growth of the characters and their understanding of their neighborhood. There are also a series of images toward the end showing a the developement of transportation technology, e.g. the car, roadway, bullet train, space rocket, etc., this could mean any number of things from a simple acknowledgement of the advancement of technology to the science/magic element of the show. In a word, it’s GAINAX :D

    I’m nearing the end of my first run through of Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi, and man has it been a fun ride! This is the first anime ending that I have watched every single time rather than skipping because it’s just too damn good! I enjoy it even more than the opening xD (Of course the inclusion of several NASA photographs in the ending toward the end may be weighing towards my bias lol)

    Just a heads up to everybody who has Netflix streaming service: Tenchi Muyo! GXP is now up on Netflix watch instant! No other Tenchi series are up there as of yet, but you never know, this might be the first step!

    *Not sure if this thread is the right place to post this, but I didn’t feel like creating a whole new thread for this. If any mods want to move this/start a netflix or web streaming thread, by all means do so*
