Introducing the “Tenchi TalkBack” column!

As any fan could tell you, the Tenchi Muyo! franchise is huge, and can get rather complicated trying to follow! Over the years since its premiere in 1992, on the printed page and in animated form, both in official releases and internet forums, TM! has suffered everything from occasional misprints and misinformation to purposeful mistranslations meant to misguide or fuel certain one-sided agendas (you know, regular fandom shenanigans).

We here at Tenchiforum.com have pretty much seen it all, at one time or another. And so, as a fun form of outreach and service to the community, we decided to start . . .

Tenchi TalkBack!

If you’ve ever had a lingering question regarding the plot or production of any Tenchi Muyo! continuity, here’s your chance to have it answered by the experts! Drop us a line at contact@tenchiforum.com , and we’ll answer it on our website and social media outlets! These will be anonymous, of course, so don’t worry: No question is too basic. (And like your teachers in school have probably said, if you have a question, chances are someone else does too, but is just too nervous to ask!)

And if you consider yourself an expert and want to try and stump us with a question . . . bring it on! We love a good challenge, and we’re always excited by the potential of uncovering new information for the fandom or even hearing something we’ve never heard before.

The basic family-friendly guidelines we have for the forum and our discord channel apply, so try and keep it clean. Other than that, the only rules are to have fun. As volunteers acting in our free time, we don’t know how long we’ll be able to do this column, but we hope to keep going as long as we can (and, as long as there’s participation, of course). We’ll strive to answer questions to the best of our abilities, but sometimes there just might be something out there that doesn’t (yet) have a concrete answer.

But one thing’s for sure . . . if there’s something knowable in this fandom, our team knows (or can uncover) as much as any other fans out there!
