After an arduous first 3/4th’s of my year, it’s no understatement when I say this past weekend at my favorite convention is something I neededlike Ryoko needs sake! Had a blast, made some convention pals (what happens at con, stays at con!) and had an unprecedented number of friends along for the ride, both old and new. Here’s a few cosplay pics I took meandering around the floor.

Of course, lots of cosplayers representin’ “new hotness” but this one grabbed my attention, as this lovely lady not only played Happy herself with her own costume, but also rode atop Natsu most of the time.

I regretted not having one of these puppies, especially after what happened with Bandai…then I found one, and now all is well! I’ve got over a decade of catching up to do with this one!

Yes, I did this to myself…bought Part 1 (Ep 1-7) even though I couldn’t find Part 2. But when I saw this in a $5 bin, well, I mean come on!
