For those of us currently residing in the mid-Atlantic region, this morning saw a rare, aggravating, and ultimately beautiful meteorological phenomenon. Brackish water from the Chesapeake Bay combined with low pressure to create a particularly thick and clear example of what is commonly known as “freezing rain.” I took the opportunity to try my hand at some photography between classes.   My paternal grandpa’s people were from that neck of the woods more or less(they were from
  
  southeast Virginia).
  
  Personally I’ve only been there once in the Summer,but that makes me want to go in the Winter.
