InAi Tenchiepisode 1, Tenchi’s identification card states that he is aged 22 years. He looks quite young for being 22, no wonder the girls go for him

So with all the current evidence shown, it’s safe to assume that this show either takes place in the Universetimeline or is a parallel of it. which begs the question, what ever happened to Kiyone and Ryo-ohki? Kiyofacepalm1 dawohki1 The most likely reason I could think of is that the writers never found a purpose for them in the plot and they would otherwise be a waste of budget (much like Andy’s father in the
Toy Storyfilms) which in itself makes no sense; you’d think they’d at least TRY to put Ryo-ohki in the show! (Japan and their 3rd-world countries love freaky creatures, and would pay good money to have more of them!) Also, these last weeks have sort of… crooked… my thoughts on Ukan:
From the beginning I thought she would end up becoming a Kagato-esque mastermind villain, but now I find she was a spy for the GP, but she still has tones of villainous tendencies. It’s like the writers knew we’d come to that sort of conclusion and decided to mess with our heads. I mean, I want to hate this character, like
reallywant to, but I can’t find a good enough reason! She’s messing with my head!!rageblow1 Then again, if the last year has taught me anything, it’s that just because you have a badge does not excuse you from being a homicidal monster“Hands up, don’t shoot” am I right?- December 11, 2014 at 11:07 PM

If Tenchi can win a Beauty pagent, I’m sure Momo will win the re-election easy. Though I’m quite curious; if the Science club does win the election, will the GP SWAT arrive on time? Yuki’s gonna find her new position as president an awkward one.

Welp, my theory’s been beaten to a pulp aquateencarl1 So if Ukan isn’t the one behind the space rifts, then… what is?

Quote:The school’s traditions have been around for quite some time, with the battle between students descending from the need to prepare for a war between demons and humans.
I think I have Ukan figured out; what if these ‘festivals’ and ‘competitions’ are all just a cover up? She may be trying to distract the students from actually looking for and hunting demons (she might even be one, there’s that possibility. after all, she does have inhuman desires) by sugar-coating the tradition and its concept.
Unraveling Ukan’s intentions is getting pretty satisfying, like a month-long game of pass the parcel.

First and foremost, I like Washu’s little nod to Microsoft windows there. Secondly, I’m pretty sure Tenchi borrowed that phone from Washu, so that ‘loli’ moment would be trolling 1300 years in the making on Washu’s behalf.
Finally, I want to talk about what Mihoshi mentioned about the “world’s creator”; I previously theorized that Ukan would be behind the huge rifts from the feudal episodes, so it wouldn’t surprise me if she did indeed create this world. Don’t forget this sort of thing happened in
Tenchi Forever the movie. With the student council raging an assault on the Science club (again
aquateencarl1 ), it’s only a matter of time before Tenchi tries to step in the middle and explain everything. by that point, it’ll be interesting to see how everyone reacts. Best case scenario, the council will lend a hand in getting this “treasure”… if it does exist. With a whole month of episodes coming soon, it’s all hands on deck on what we can expect. come January time, I expect to hear this show get some merchandising out. I mean, come on AIC. “I have money, I want to give it you.”
