I always thought that Ryoko was the more obvious choice of the two. We saw this strongly hinted at as Shadows said in TMIL2 and Ryoko did always get more exposure compared to Ayeka through various mediums. The thing with the OVA is we already know how it will end in that he’ll end up with all of them. Washu says she wants to bear his child, Sasami in OVA 3 admits she loves him, and Mihoshi shows it just not to the extent that the others do. Feel like i’m forgetting someone though, oh well. Granted it hasn’t been stated that’s his daughter but I think it’s fairly obvious as to who the dad is.
