    I’ve been looking for this series for some time, having heard of its relation to the Tenchi series, but I never found anything.

    Turns out I shouldn’t have been looking for the English title, urgh. Thanks for this!

    This is a very exciting project. I felt her dubbing was extremely out of place. Mihoshi’s as well; I was never really pleased with how Mihoshi was treated as the series went on. Each new season or series, and she became dumber and more childish, until OVA3 where her voice became so high-pitched it could shatter glass.

    As for Ryoko’s VA… I still have nightmares occasionally. All I can remember from them is that I’m in a dark room, and I can hear something echoing in the distance…

    Thanks! Um, that’s hard to say. It’s not very easy to choose just one (isn’t that the point of the series? :P). If you had to pin me down, I’d have to say Sasami/Tsunami. That counts as one, right?

    Actually, the inspiration for the username comes from something a little less clever. If anyone’s ever played Guild Wars, and ever beat the boss of the Factions expansion, you might be familiar with the phrase. I just always liked saying the phrase out loud, it just rolled off the tongue. That, and the nickname “Io” can be a computer science pun (input/output, or I/O), or an astronomy pun. So there’s a lot of different interpretations!
