Yeah I figured it’d be best to at least call out what all everyone is going to watch so we’re not overlapping and maybe wasting time per say. I didn’t want to necessarily assign people to watch something, as it doesn’t mean you’ll enjoy it.
Chuck was talking about watching TIT again…..
For something with quite a few episodes like TU, I’d like to get 2+ people to divide it up… so it doesn’t take like weeks to watch. If you want, couple people hop in mumble, watch a movie or ep together, maybe yakk on the side if they think such in such a piece will work.
I fully expect Phase 2 to take a while, while we try to get clips located.
Overall it’s pretty free form, though we’re trying to cut down the largest piece of work by crowd sourcing it. The next biggest thing is of course Dagon’s end.
My biggest concern is that we’re going to have to make choices to rewrite big chunks of the script (by that I mean use clips that sorta match what OVA 3 has as the script) as OAV3 Ryoko is a lot different from any other. She uses a lot of slang, and says a lot I’m not sure we’re going to find Petrea doing.
The script might be better for it… I’m just concerned about what we’ll be able to use. Frankly I’m not sure I’d have wanted Petrea to use this script if she had been picked up by Funi… it’s out of character… well…. maybe more like out of personality.
Episode 6 audio is up along with 7, neither have notations, but I’ll do that tomorrow.
Scripts are up. So the only other thing left is for Eps 2 and 3 from Washu to be loaded up (scripts)
and send me the audio for soundcloud. Then Phase 1 should be done, and we can open the floor to Phase 2 folks.
It’ll be interesting to see the final product, that’s for sure.
If we can pull this off, it’s not too many steps removed from building a sound library and rewriting scenes to do other things.
