    I don’t mind yuri as long as it has a purpose and is not simply being used as a gimmick.

    Since it is from the creator of Utena it sounds like something I might enjoy if I had the space

    I don’t think too many fans do as it is after all the Star Trek V of the Tenchi franchise,and even Roddenberry ended up disowning the fifth movie IIRC.

    Day 10…I don’t know about changed me per se but I do have to say watching W.I.T.C.H.(if that counts any…which I doubt) on the old Toon Disney network helped to change my mind about magic girl shows and helped me to realize just how fun they’re to watch.Before that I was about reluctant

    to watch any because I was still in the ‘it’s just for pre-teen girls’ mentality,but after watching is when

    I think I really started to get into the whole Magic Girl genre.

    I have to say that after episode 5 yesterday on Vividred that Rei is definitely now one of my

    favorite characters along with Himari.(Why do I keep spelling her name Himawari?)
