    If you’ve noticed, Comic books, especially Marvel and DC comics, like to do their ‘what if’ issues of certain heroes and heroins (I even hear there was an issue in which superman landed in Soviet Russia and not In america)

    As for Tenchi ‘What ifs’ I have an answer to my own question:

    Q: What if Tenchi never went into the cave, get the sword and awake Ryoko?

    A: Eventually, Kagato would find Ryoko and wake her up himself, possessing her to go after Yosho and anyone related to him. Yosho would also spot Soja landing on earth and try to evacuate Tenchi and Nobuyuki from Japan entirely. But then kagato would get Ryoko to go back to Jurai, knowing Yosho is now too old and weak to protect the planet, and finish off the destruction where they left off.

    And yet this still somehow sounds loads better than OAV3!

    I have an announcement towards the art side of the Tenchi Fan forum:

    I’m putting my FanCharacter, Gurenku Hakubi, on hiatus, or just not drawing him or any other of my fanchars anymore.

    Instead, I’m going to concentrate more on my original characters, as well as any oncoming work I may have.
