    26/9 ?

Well it seems good for one-off scans, and rare unique art work, but as you present it it seems rather time consuming. Scanning a document with more than 50 pages appears to be quite the battle.

Your document is rather small isnt it ? On the writing is smaller than usual maybe ? Because I have a feeling we could get a better zoom capacity with bigger example mmmm1 .

What did you scaled down again?

Also ocr is tricky when it comes to no-white background but meh.

    PS: Yay, El Hazard o/

The not hovering thing is not surprising at all.

I’m little disappointed if the wand isn’t able to scan properly a book with a big spin. It was to be expected though. Is it so even if you force on it a little wth2 ?

I guess 1 inch of housing is pretty big hu.. :|

600 Dpi is already awesome quality, 1050 isn’t a little superfluous?

    Also, we need samples o/

DIY scanners seem really interesting, but I don’t think I’ll ever take the time to build one. Idk, but chances are pretty low. Also it cost more than a wand scanner.

As it is now, I wouldn’t use a glass to smoosh the books out, the wands don’t take photos, they scan (no shit), I have a feeling they are design to touch the page.

It might take super long, but if you scan page by page, getting as close as possible to the spin, you could have better results.

Seriously though, for the doujins, I don’t even understand why you would need a glass. Thin doujins are the closest thing we have to a magazine.

It is really huge, but nice details!

And fine idea for the blade, most representation I have seen did not have one. It makes it original!

As Ukinojo said, the light effect are also good.

You shall go to cons with it gendo1

Good to see another theory, Pii mmhmm1

What is sweet to my ear is that “everything is linked” feeling. The possibility that Kagato and Kain are somewhat together against Jurai is likeable.

What could also support the fact that Kagato’s darkness is equal to Kain’s domain is Kagato’s sword. Aside from the “Oh look, my sword is black cause I’m bad”, this could be an actual link.

What if his shadow blade was made of Kain’s body?

However, the least we can say is that this idea is really based on thin things. Just like a certain theory on ova3, we don’t have much but fanwank.

If there was such a link between TU and TMiL, I would expect a settlement in TMiL2. That said, Tenchi Forever is really different. Maybe if the two movies were alike, we would have gotten a similar feeling towards all three villains. We don’t get a look at a grand scheme of things, unfortunatly.

But wait, how did Haruna die?

    WANT1 K’s poisoning WANT1

I wish we had more elements.

The other thing is “Why Achika and not another Juraian heir?”, well one first thing I don’t really know is : Do we know the exact date of Kain’s evasion? Is it happening exactly when we see the household for the first time in the movie?

    Timetravel is really tricky.

One thing : Kain got his freedom at a time closer than we think to Achika’s youth, and didn’t actually travel through time (or not much).

Another thing : Can the GP Station move? Say yes, maybe Kain happened to be closer to Achika by both space & time interpretation. Hence why he felt her and not anyone else.

Then, again, why not Yosho? …

Maybe he can hide his power just like OVA1 Yosho sealed Ryoko’s power away from Kagato?

    Theories, theories everywhere.

There are actually at least 4 or 5 different manga as far as I am aware. That’s counting the original based on the anime. I see you excluded the Death And Rebirth movie.

I don’t know how Angelic Days is organized but as far as the ones retelling the story go, (aka Sadamoto’s mangas), there are I think something like 14 volumes !

The last one is an “after the end of evangelion” kind of story.

Btw I own two omnibus (first and fourth), they have 3 volumes each included in ’em. iloveit1

I excluded Death and Rebirth, because.. well it’s not another continuity like the Rebluids are. But you’re right, it is another version in some ways.

I’m eager to see the results it can get.

I seriously wonder if it is interesting even for thick documents, such as the lovely novels. Damn spin

You own a Pretty Sammy novel, right?
