    You see this guy that you went to high school with who used to belong to a Tenchi forum, and you only associate him with Tenchi Muyo.

    You went to the Tokyo Tower and prayed that Kain wouldn’t appear the moment you’re in the elevator.

    Before I read chapter three, I went back and read the first two completely, and I must complement on the improvement. As with the first two, you’re really good with keeping the characters in character, and I even found myself laughing a few times throughout the chapter. Only things I noticed that could still use improvement are mainly related to punctuation and keeping in tense. There weren’t many grammar or spelling errors left, and the sentences had better flow. As I finished chapter three, the last thing Ryoko said echos through my head, and I’m very much awaiting the next chapter of your fan fiction.

    And that’s my short review of Chapter Three. *passes out muffins and some sake*

    *takes control of this thread, feeling nostalgic from seeing Toonami and after digging through old threads from Tenchi Muyo forums that have died. Hands out some muffins and hot chocolate for all*

    What other part-time jobs do you think Mihoshi and Kiyone would have ended up doing? We’ve seen them in the construction business and fast food. With the rate at which Mihoshi screws up, they probably didn’t have jobs long.

    And… what if Washu’s Mecha had gotten ahold of a strand of Kiyone’s hair instead of Mihoshi?

    Not Tenchi, but I’ve got an English, first edition Vol. 1 El-Hazard manga.

    Other favourite stories in the Tenchi Manga.. hmm.. in ANTM, I liked the story with Mihoshi and the… robber-lady. And when Mihoshi tried to get her license. There were a lot of good Mihoshi storylines in Okuda’s manga.

    I love them, but have to start re-reading because the storylines have gotten a bit fuzzy. I did like his version of TMIL and the one where Mihoshi fakes being engaged to Tenchi :) It’s cute. Most of my Tenchi manga are in Japanese… gave the English ones away.. how silly of me; I still can’t translate.
