Now let’s admit- even though this is a game OP… it makes you wonder how the characters got there… and attempt to feel what they’re feeling.

So this is DEFINENTLY a prequel we’re looking at here, judging from not only Motoko’s general (physical) stature, but also the little things like Aramaki’s hair color, the fact that Batou hasn’t shaved his head yet, etc.

Yes, it is from Ultimate Tenkaichi. It’s in story mode a small amount of time, but it is first heard when you play as bardock and fight freeza in the first level

You’ve put me in a hard place, since no song from the video game soundtrack fits your scene.
