Here’s a good one! And the song is so fitting of Ryoko and Tenchi’s personalities. :washu: - September 7, 2012 at 9:58 PM

That’s a good point, but it’s also incentive for them to try and change up the schedule so that they can keep the audience that grew up on Toonami, as well as bring in some new viewers to the block. The only other places that we really have to watch anime rather than buy it are A. the internet and B. Netflix. as well as channels like Funimation provided the cable provider carries it. And the internet and Netflix can’t always be relied on as steady sources because videos are constantly being taken down left and right over copyright issues and Netflix doesn’t have a particularly wide selection of anime. - September 7, 2012 at 9:43 PM

What if, Nagi had somehow got stranded on Earth during her first episode? And she became part of the household for a time?
Or… What if Mihoshi had stayed like she was in the first episode/more like her OVA 1 counterpart?
If Kiyone had been promoted, or sent back to headquarters earlier in the series, would she have become an enemy? Or, after being promoted, would she like others at HQ be later demoted like Mitsuki?

So many what ifs…
That would’ve been AMAZING! Then we would’ve had Ayeka vs. Ryoko AND Ryoko vs. Nagi. Not only that, but the house likely wouldn’t have survived all that fighting. And little Ken-Ohki and Ryo-Ohki would’ve hat little cabbit babies!
Now, what if Ryoko really did die aboard Ryo-Ohki after getting the group to Jurai, and the Ryoko that shows up in the last episode is actually a clone created by Ryo-Ohki and her grief. Better yet, created by some villian who wants to harness Tenchi’s power.

Of course, that was before we had internet and all there was to do on the computer was watch Afterdark screensavers and play games. We even had the Spear of Destiny pack, but it never did feel the same as that first bit in Wolf 3D where you leave the cell and then run into the guards. :Cheeks:

If my schedule allows, I’m hoping Ohayocon. Otherwise, I’ll just be seen locally as a zombie Ryoko on Halloween.
