    Lust is more of a magical creature created, not actually a magical user like Izumi. Blair is a magical creature, but qualifies as a magical girl since she is a magic user.

    Yeah, Ryoko in the OVA’s, did nothing short of attacking the entirety of Jurai, destruction in hundreds of places, space piracy, and being wanted in the entire galaxy. But from what I seen of Kiyone in Universe, I think that would serve as punishment because Ryoko would have to survive Mihoshi.

    No, I wouldn’t think so. Unless they plan to make a reboot of Dual along with a reboot of Tenchi, but I could only see a slight reference not a direct or indirect action with the two series.

    This idea would be under hypothetical, but my opinion is that it would be a war with the Two Ryokos vs the Two Ayekas
