Well the subject of what makes a magical series a magical series is pretty opinionated and the idea of magical girl shows have gotten way more detailed and more “deconstructive” of the years. So if someone thinks if it belongs in this thread then its fine for it to be here. Its also fine disagree ( nicely!! ) this thread needs more discussion anyhow lol

There are one or two shonen shows that i can think of that have magical girl elements but isn’t a magical girl series. None the less it can be talked about here as long as it has some element of course ^.^ and that element is of course opinionated. Just as long as its not inappropriate or obviously not a magical girl show what so ever then its totally fine

The art styles just seemed way to off as of the humor styles but I’m glad i was wrong and thought the episode was hilarious! (The ship joke was my favorite joke) Especially Amethyst and Pearl. Omg if they werent exactly like Ayeka and Ryoko before they certainly were in this episode.
When you get the time you should definitely do more Steven Universe reviews. If not the whole series just episodes here and there. Keep doing what you do and Happy Birthday!
