All female this time, and most are quite heavy on the fanservice. These are the kind of results most people were expecting for the first contest.

I personally feel like most of these are pretty meh. You can tell a lot more Japanese fans voted this time around. In fact, I believe every single entry in the top 10 was designed by a Japanese fan, except for #5, which was from a guy in China.

The only one of these I actually voted for was #8, which is a bit risque (especially for MR), but is far more classy than the fanservice-fests of most of the other finalists.

My brother voted for #5. Yeah, the butt-window is stupid, but the other 95% of the costume is still fantastic.

Ok, now on to the special awards from Team Ninja themselves! I really like these ones. They actually picked mostly male costumes, and a female one that isn’t showing tons of skin. Good for them lol.

FYI all of the comments were run through Google Translate, so they may not make coherent sense. There was one instance each in both the Art Director and Designer awards where I tweaked a name that didn’t make it through the translation unscathed, but otherwise these are posted as-is from Google. Feel free to re-translate them if you want, but awkwardly-worded or not, I still think they get their point across.
