    I highly recommend it. It is an excellent anime, and it is very reminiscent of classic Tenchi. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

    I gotta disagree about JJ Abrams. He even referred to himself as a non-Treker. I think he had no respect for the originals whatsoever, and hijacked a classic franchise for his own career. Rant complete.

    The thread that I started titled “tenchi manga” under the tenchi muyo forum meets all of these and then some! I have repeatedly posted links to the both the okuda manga series in english, and way more than 4 people have responded with very good inputs about them.

    I’ve been saying it literally since the first day I joined the forum: we need one on the Manga! Seriously, it’s like a whole two series of the show, and has some really great stuff in it. Of course, it would be dominated by the Okuda manga, but we could briefly discuss the U.S. manga and Eternal Memory, etc. Anyway, you know my position on the matter. wooooplz

As for Saint Knight’s Tale, I think you are in for a real treat, I absolutely loved it! Anyway, welcome to our forum!

    I just finished watching this show and all I can say is: WOW! I absolutely loved this anime! I was completely taken with almost all of the characters immediately. I loved all of the girls, but there is one that I absolutely adored more than the others by far. And the winner is (Drumroll please):

    Of course it’s Yukine! It was love at first sight, and I always found myself waiting for her next appearance!
    Honorable mentions go out to my other favorite ladies:

    What a great show! I’d give my left leg to get a sequal series!

    Here’s another one I found that I really liked. It’s probably the longest tenchi amv around, and it feels a bit arty, but I think it really works well.
