I was of course joking.The end of my post was a reference to Alexander’s Horrible No Good Rotten Day, in which the narrator/main character’s day is so bad that he keeps threatening to call Australia.The final line is:” I think I called Australia.”
Vividred Operation is another gem I think should get a shut out. After watching it I have to say it is definitely one of the best Magic Girl shows to come out this decade.Certainly up there with
Puella Magi Madoka Magica though without much of the latter’s angst.It’s also by Aniplex.
Might be a little slower for people to get into, but it picks up and like Madoka is only 12 episodes long.
The real pay off comes toward the end so patience is needed.
Of course I realize that it sounds a bit like the opening of Universe.I mean what with the character montage.So why not mix in some live action scenes from the actual locations in Japan?

clip from the Alvin And The Chipmunks BD/DVD combo that ended with Dave and the boys doing:My Friend The Witchdoctor probably the only pop song in recorded history to ever
have the name of Walla Walla, Washington being used as a part of the chorus.
Day 3: Yeah it is rather hard to come up with just one as there are a lot of good ones out there, so I think I’ll pick Fushigi Yugi simply because it should get a mention.
