The only question I have about an Aeka/Ryoko series is what would they do if there’s no Tenchi to fight over?

Whether there is or is not Tenchi, they are natural opposites they will find a reason to fight. In Tenchi Universe they already didn’t like each other before meeting Tenchi

A Certain Scientific Railgun: it’s full of young girl middle-schoolers, have ridiculous powers, serious and goof moments.

It is science based, but Vividred, RWBY, and Kill la Kill are not magical based, they are science based that is almost looks like magic.

Ifurita, Ryoko, Washu, Sonata, and Dr. Clay, In my head see a Techno-Noir-Thriller, for these characters. For Ifurita and Ryoko I see them In a gang war or conflict between themselves, during a conflict between the scientific minds in the city for total control: Washu, Sonata, and Dr.Clay.

Jinnai is a interesting antagonist. He is a laughable character as being over the top in his actions. Reminds me of Sheldon from Big Bag Theory, being self centered in everything and everyone around him. But he is intelligent enough to command another species that are bugs, able to conquer, use resources to his disposal, and able to use his wit in El Hazard to succeed in his plans.

Yeah but only with only you and dagon. So I thought it appropriate to put it hear instead of just asking on the board

I think I remember you saying you finalized on Tyrant and you asking others and said almost all was decided on Yugi.

Tyrant is antagonist all the way round and can make any sophisticated plot around him. Yugi is child with god-like powers, an easy tragic-character, that in my opinion is not as strong in developing a story around unless combined with other characters.

    Some references in Ai

Ep 21-22, Hana making doujins like clockwork, a hint to Kajishima doujins

Ep 47 the silhouette and voice changer, no idea what that is reference to

Ep 58 Yuki hacking screen, a nod to past tenchi games or possible future game in works

Moldiver: essentially made by a smart nerd to be a hero, then girly sister finds out and uses it to be a hero. Super strength, speed, durability, and can do almost anything. Ran for 6 OVA’s it’s a small gem in Tenchiverse anime. It has robots, heroes, squeaked in-love interest, conflict from antagonist, and goofiness.

Nanami is part Ferengi from the way she is able to make a buck so readily.

I like the fact, even though she knows she is stranded in a another world, Nanami just works her way up to top in business.

Alielle is one of the openly Yuri character in the Tenchiverse, she holds nothing back, and also comic relief. I mention her for this.

If anybody could have a spin-off show it would be Mihoshi and Kiyone, they are made for one.

I think Ayeka could be in a show in the same vein as Utena. Where Sasami was all about little girl shoujo magical girl stuff, Ayeka and co. could be in a more teenage/adult oriented magical girl show.

If you switched Ryoko and Ryuko from Kill la Kill, you wouldn’t see a terrible difference, IE Ryoko could easily be in a show all her own.

I think Katsuhito and Nobuyuki could, but it’d have to kind of like The Blues Brothers I think, with just a bigger gap in the ages.

Really most characters “could” have a show of their own with the right genre.

Hey Dagon you should check out this thread
