That’s a tricky question actually.
As far as extreme basics go… it’s about bears that become a danger to mankind (bears eat humans in this universe) because a asteroid/star like thing fell to earth, so mankind hides behind a wall but what they didn’t know is that the bears can disguise themselves as humans. So the school the main characters girl attends has several bears in it. Two in particular try to become her friends to protect from a force beyond the bears themselves called the “invisible storm”.
Basically if your looking for a show that has loads of symbolism and metaphors and looking for something different from the normal then this is the show for you. Its also from the creator of Revolutionary Girl Utena.
A little warning though it is true to it title of YURI Kuma Arashi. There is quite a bit of yuri and if that isn’t your thing then this might not be your show since the whole story is centered around it.

This one is easy. Tenchi Muyo definitely changed me. From a kid being extremely bullied and pushed around to seeing a story full of strong females and a high school drop out kid who ended up having a life full of people who loved and cherished him made me feel like i got through the bullying and the bullshit I had to go through and to be stronger and speak up for myself because seeing the Tenchi girls (Ryoko especially) go through so much suffering and yet still be loud and fun and not give a shit what people thought of her and find happiness really spoke volumes to me as a young teen and really learning what really matters. Myself.
