I believe the ED version is the 60-90 sec long version used in the anime, while the official version would be the whole 5:32 song.

Thanks. That’s what I suspected. tenchiahhhhhh I just wanted to ask the experts before giving up.

It seems pretty rare for the Tenchi franchise not to release a soundtrack…

I’ve been looking for it all JG. That BR box set does look interesting, but it’s not quite what I am looking for.

I just want the background music in the anime. It’s composed by the same fella that did GXP, Akifumi Tada, , and GXP’s has been released and is out there. But they keep Seikishi’s ost locked up in their Disney-like vault. qt1

I’m dying here. Every couple of months I scour the web for the Saint Knight’s Tale background music, and only find a dark infinite void of despair. How could they not have released it? It should be criminal. Somebody please tell me I’ve been looking in the wrong places.

    Very interesting thought.

Washu would tell you it’s all science, wouldn’t she… I would say it’s all science with the exception of the choushin and the Light Hawk powers.

But shit… what about Jurain power butts1

Does anyone else have different answers to the two questions “favorite Tenchi girl?” and “who Tenchi should end up with?”

Washu Is my favorite girl, but if Tenchi ended up with anyone other than Ryoko it would feel disingenuous to the narrative, I think.

    A beautiful reply. Thank you!

I was quite sure it wasn’t the US release. I think there is also a UK and Australian release, and I wasn’t sure how other international distributors worked, but you cleared that up for me.

Since it’s one of my favorite animes, I suppose I’ll have to bite the bullet, so to speak, and get the painfully priced blurays. tenchiahhhhhh

Oh wow! I had forgotten all about the raising your own cabbit. That was a really nice feature. I remember getting attached to it like a virtual pet. Fun times! iloveit1
