  • My own opinion is that it’s just the High Nobility and Royal Houses that are actually linked to the trees. So in this case “Everyone” can be then be considered similiar to the royal “we”.
I haven’t seen The First Avenger so can’t say much on that line of things.

As to whether or not it’s better than Agents of SHIELD keep in mind that the latter is an ongoing series and this is simply a mini-series that’s being used to fill in the gaps while it’s on

    hiatus.

On the whole with the exception of Gotham I do prefer both series to the current crop of

DC based shows, which is why I’m waiting to see what the new Supergirl series will be like.

The only one I can remember is when Aoyama in Tokyo Mew Mews changes into the Blue Knight, and then later on toward the end of the series it’s revealed he’s also really The Big Bad:

    Blue.

btw:They had a funny video at the I09 website about what happened when the Sailor Scouts learn

Pluto has been downgraded from being a planet.Everyone is in chibi form.Pretty hilarious.Poor

Pluto even Luna tells her she doesn’t belong any more.

Layla from Kaliedo Star and Amanda from Blassreiter are two of my more recent favorite

    blonde crushes. soawesome1 soawesome1

My new favorite red haired crush is of course Mikami from Ghost Sweeper Mikami.

I wouldn’t be too surprised if it were. So basically if there’s a fighting part as well as a dating part…

    More Ryoko vs.Aeka action! ๐Ÿ˜†

Might be because GXP wasn’t as popular ? That would be my guess as to why we haven’t seen

an official license outside of Japan.

I would question the meaning of Yosho’s words:”Each of us in Jurai has our own tree.” as whether or not he meant it has being everyone or just the nobles and royals of Jurai. I mean

everyone doesn’t have to mean the entire population of Jurai.Certainly that would mean the

planet would be one humunguous forest if that were the case.So I’m thinking he meant it in the

limited sense and not in the all inclusive sense.

Also if he did mean everyone, then where would the people who were tasked with guarding

the trees come from such as the clan that protected the Un-Named Tree in that one manga story?

I wonder if the presence of Sasami and the fact that she and Tsunami are merged should be taken into account as another explanation as to why Aeka and Tenchi are able to access their powers

    in certain cases.Just a theory.

Welp…as expected Marvel’s Agent Carter was a real blast. They even inserted a few scenes with

    Steve “Captain America” Rogers. soawesome1

The basic premise of the mini-series is that Howard Stark the founder of Stark Enterprises and father

of Tony “Ironman” Stark is accused of treason and he hires Agent Peggy Carter on the sly to clear his

name.Looks like there’s going to be a lot of Red Herrings on the way.

Oh…and the Big Bad is something code named LEVIATHAN.So far it’s been revealed that it’s not a person.

Fun part of it is every so often they intersperse the action of the Real World with the fictional

“Captain America” radio drama,so it’s fun to see Carter get pissed off because her character in the radio show “Nurse Peggy Carver” is such a girly girl damsel in distress. ๐Ÿ˜†

Saw The Wolverine movie on Monday.Loved Wolverine’s red haired self proclaimed female

body guard. One of the funnier scenes is when Logan and Mariko are running through the Pachiko

Palace to escape the Yakuza who are after her and nobody bothers to look up from their gambling

    to see what’s happening! ๐Ÿ˜†

Like I said at KinoftheStars forum, this was actually one big Red Herring until they reveal the actual

    Big Bad at the end.

And finally on Tuesday Agent Carter. So two nights of Marvelmania.
