    Haibane Renmei episode 9. I haven’t watched it for awhile so didn’t have to worry about

    comparing the sub with the dub this time around. As a result I enjoyed it more than the last time that I tried watching the dub.

    I think the only disappointment I had at first was with Rakka’s VA but then I realized further on that they were probably trying to portray her overall innocence and naivity.

    Though in any language the entire lecture that the Speaker gives Rakka on the meaning of being

    Sin Bound is confusing unless you have a PHD in Philosophy of Religion or are really into studying

    Eastern Religious thought.

    I haven’t seen either Naruto or Naurto Shippuden since the latter aired on Disney DX.

    Just wondering if the rest of the Shippuden movies are like that.

    If that episode was anything like Jose Chung’s From Outer Space then yeah, I shall have to see it as soon as I get my hands on the DVD. I loved that episode for the combination of weirdness and humor and of course for the fact it had freakin’ Charles Neslon Reilly as the guest star! 😆

    I must have missed the part when it came out that the DEO HQ was Fort Ross.

    Well Supergirl has been traditionally blonde, even the Linda Danvers version had a blonde wig

    to cover her normal brunette hair.

    Poor Jo’nn I wonder how he feels having to shapeshift into Kara or Supergirl when need arises.

    OTOH in the Death And Life Of Superman the Matrix Supergirl when she still had her shapeshifting ability had to do the same to cover for Clark when Superman was ‘killed’.

    (She lost them when she merged with Linda and was only able to morph back and force from

    Supergirl to Linda from then on until they were separated.)

    And AFAIG with the whole 52 thing. As they explain it at the DC Comics website it all has to do with the 52 comics they came out with a few years back during the entire reboot.

    I still think everyone who hasn’t should take a peek at Umi Monogatari as well as

    Vividread. They’re both worth the look. As is Utakata.

    Either shampoo or soda would be my guess. If the latter than we can blame it all on Umaru-chan! 😆
