    Quote:

The Psychological Effects of the Humors

The Four Humors are not just gross, physical substances. They also pervade the whole organism as subtle vapors, even affecting the mind, thoughts, and emotions. And so, the Four Humors also have psychological effects, making them capable of affecting both body and mind:

Blood promotes a feeling of joy, mirth, optimism, enthusiasm, affection and wellbeing.

Phlegm induces passivity, lethargy, subjectivity, devotion, emotionalism, sensitivity and sentimentality.

Yellow Bile provokes, excites and emboldens the passions. Being inflammatory, irritating and caustic, it provokes anger, irritability, boldness, ambition, envy, jealousy and courage.

Black Bile makes one pensive, melancholy and withdrawn. It encourages prudence, caution, realism, pragmatism and pessimism.

The Four Humors tend to have negative effects on the mind and emotions only when they’re excessive or aggravated. Otherwise, they can also strengthen positive aspects of character.

    I can see it happening.

Discotek Media announced on Friday that it has licensed Crusher Joe: The Movie and Crusher Joe: The OVA’s. The company plans to release the film in early 2017 on DVD. The company said it also plans to release the film on Blu-ray Disc “at some point in the future.” Discotek Media didn’t provide any information on the release of the OVA series, but said it would be a separate release from the film.

Both anime adapt Haruka Takachiho and Fujihiko Hosono’s manga. AnimEigo previously released both anime on DVD in 2003, and it describes the story:

    Quote:

The galaxy is a strange and dangerous place, and there are times when even the United Space Force can’t help. That’s where the Crushers come in – skilled troubleshooters who will deal with any problem, large or small, for a fee (large only!) And there is no better Crusher than Crusher Joe!

There are other fans out there who I’m sure will do the honors this time around.

Relying on “the kindness of strangers” (a.k.a. Not these guys) is how I operate.

Tomorrow would be better chance for raws, mine’s barely shipped. ;)

El Hazard also had cameos like posters to Pretty Sammy, I can’t recall any characters showing up in person, but there’s been a lot less there to tie it to anything Tenchi.

Mr. Fujisawa as Tenchi’s homeroom teacher in Tokyo.

    Nope.

The first was only available from the studio in Japan (now out-of-stock).

The second was a Kickstarter project award.
