Agaguchi Japan’s Tarojinja Shrine is the shrine which the design of the Masaki family Shrine is based on. The grounds and buildings in the anime are almost identical to the Tarojinga’s existing structures. The exact location of the fictional Masaki Family Shrine is northwest of Kurashiki City. It is starting to turn out that the Masaki Shrine may be located in a part of Takahashi City Japan.

The Shrine’s chief priest is grateful of the many fans of Tenchi Muyo who decided to help in the upkeep of the Tarojinga Shrine.

I have written this reply after the announcement of OVA 4 being made. When it comes to the future, I want to see a sequel to the series TM: WAR ON GEMINAR, and another sequel which I call TENCHI MUYO: THE NEXT GENERATION. TM: TNG’s male protagonist is Tenchi’s and Ayeka’s oldest son Kazuki Masaki. Kazuki was named after his maternal grandfather’s father.

The What If doujin does give us a hint that someof Tenchi’s daughters will be married to some of Seina’s sons. Seina is going to have a few daughters. Tenchi will have sons. One of Tenchi’s sons is likely going to be the male protagonist of the probable spinoff which I came to call TENCHI MUYO: THE NEXT GENERATION. TM: TNG will focus on Tenchi’s oldest son and his own harem. Right now, I am waiting for OVA 4.

The only things which I do want for OVA include

    1- Tenchi being a ronin.

2- Mihoshi being more like her mother Mitoto, not like her Universe counterpart.

3- The name of the nearest town.

    4. Funaho’s and Misaki’s visit to Earth.

    5. The main villian being a member of the Airai.

I do hope that OVA 4 is not like OVA 3. OVA 3 does have its own good points, but it seem to be a series meant for 12 episodes plus two specials. OVA 4 can be a sequel to TM: RYO-OHKI. I do want 12 or 13 episodes for the series. 12 or episodes are sufficent to include an episode which focus on Funaho’s and Misaki’s visit to Earth.

The Tenchi franchise is still going to survive. The best which I can hope for OVA 4 is the series to be like War on Geminar.

When it comes to OVA 4, I want the series to be a sequel to the Ryo-Ohki OVA series. The series will have to start sometime after GXP. I want Tenchi to become a ronin. One of the reasons why Tenchi became a ronin is that an incident had occurred on the day of the national university entrance exams. Tenchi is starting to show some intimate feelings for Ayeka and Ryoko while still treating them as sisters most of the time.

I am starting to think that Takahashi City Japan wants to be the city where the Masaki Shrine and Tenchi’s place are located. During the nineties, Talahashi was a town. When I see Google’s Takahashi Map and Google Earth, there are some places in the city where the Masaki Shrine and Tenchi’s place can be located.

If OVA 4 is a sequel to the Ryo-Ohki OVA series, some questions can answer. I don’t want to see Mihoshi to be a lot like her Universe counterpart. Strangely, there is going to be a planned visit to Earth by Funaho and Misaki. I want Funaho and Misaki to surprise Ayeka, Sasami, and Katsuhito.

Since there is the news of OVA 4 being made, most of my ideals for OVA 4 are going to be limited to fanfiction, Still, I am curious over what will be in the new series. I have written a list of what I am expecting in the new series. Only the number of episodes and the arcs which I want will not happen.

    – The number of episodes to be fourteen.

    – Two arcs

    – Tenchi becoming a ronin.

    – Some of Tenchi’s feelings for Ryoko and Ayeka are becoming intimate.

    – The series’s main villian being a member of the Airai,

    – Tenchi meeting Mihoshi’s father General Nakita Kuramitsu.

    – The reasons for Nakita’s visit to Earth are to meet Tenchi, and to formally inform Tenchi that the Kuramitsu Family Council has agreed to allowing him to become Mihoshi’s fiance.

    – Funaho and Misaki making their plan visit to Earth. Both have some news which will suprised Katsuhito, Ayeka, and Sasami.

    – The name of the town near the Masaki Shrine and Residence finally being given.

    – Azusa allowing Tenchi to become Ayeka’s and Sasami’s fiance under some specific conditions.

    – One of Azusa’s conditions for Tenchi is naming Ayeka’s and his first son after Azusa’s father Kazuki.

In Astronerdboy’s blog, there is a timeline. The timeline is not fully reliaible since it was created by a fan. On the timeline, Yosho had decided to contact his old Academy friend Kanemitsu Hirata. The year mention in the timeline was 1414. After he had contacted his old friend, Yosho hsd learn that he was the father of Airi’s daughter Minaho.

It is more likely that Yosho had learn about being Minaho’s father before the year 1414. Airi’s family was likely puzzled over the fact that she had given birth to a daughter. Airi’s family may have assumed that Airi had convinced a male friend to be a sperm donor, in order for her to have a child. Airi had change her surname from Magma to Masaki after she had defected to the Galaxy Academy.

Yosho who has changed his name to Katsuhito had married Airi through the act of common law. Yosho’s marriage to Airi is only known to a few close trusted people. According to Tenchi Wikia if the Airai had learn about Yosho’s marriage to Yosho, it will be a political power keg between Jurai and the Airai. An ideal of mine for OVA 4 is focus on some of the Airai learning about Yosho’s and Airi’s marriage. I do speculate that most of the Airai will never care if Yosho and Airi were married. With the help of the Seniwan Empire, Jurai and the Airai began to use diplomacy to improve relations between them sometime after Airi’s defection to the Galaxy Academy. .

There are members of the Airai who will be very upset over Airi and Yosho being married. The Airai religion is the most popular religion in the galaxy. Like all religions, the Airai have a lot of fundementalists.

One of the toughest issues involving marriage equality is on relationships involving bisexuals and their unisexual partners. For example if two bisexual females want to married their male partner, the male partner will be committing Bigamy. In all states, the practice of bigamy is against the law.

A lot of people happen to be opposed to same sex marriages. A lot of agruements against same sex marriages are bias. It had taken a lot of time for Americans to accept interracial marriages. Some agrue that same sex marriages should be call Civil Unions. Yet civil unions are a form of marriage.

Takahashi City is turning into one of the best locations for the Masaki Shrine and the Masaki Residence. Since Ryo-Ohki timeline is during the nineteen-nineties, Takahashi was a town. According to the Takahashi Wikapedia article, Takahashi had merged with Nariwa,,Kawakami, Bitchu, and Ukan to form Takahashi City. on October 1, 2004.

One of the clues for the location of the Masaki Shrine and the Masaki residence is the nearest train staton. In the first episode of OVA 3, Tenchi went to the nearest train station. Yet, I think that the Masaki Shrine and the Masaki residence are not located near a train station. It is likely that Mr. Yamada had given Tenchi a ride to the nearest train station.

If the Masaki Shrine and the Masaki Residence are located in Takahashi City, I will assumed that both places will be located near the former town of Narima. Narima has a sufficient population to support a supermarket like the one which the Yamada Family built after Seina join the Galaxy Police.

For the moment, the name of the town located next to the Masaki Residence and the Masaki Shrine remains unknown. If Takahashi City happens to be the city where the Masaki Shrine and the Masaki Rsedience are lcaoted, the nearest town had merged with Takahashi on October 1, 2004.

I am glad of the announcement of OVA 4 happening. I do hope that one of the main antagonists happens to be a member of the mysterious Airai. Another choice for a main antagonist is Ayeka’s and Sasami’s father King Azusa. I speculate that Azusa will be merely testing Tenchi to see if he is worthy to married Ayeka and Sasami. Even strangely, Katsuhito, Ayeka, and Sasami will be learning that they may be having a little sibling or two.

I am amazed that there is going to be an OVA 4. There is a chance that OVA 4 is going to have a total of six episodes. Yet, I believed that OVA $ should have 13 episodes like War on Germinar. For some Tenchi Muyo fans, 13 episodes may be too much.

I do think that Airi’s and Katsuhito’s past should come back to haunt them a little. This means that one of OVA 4’s main villains should be from the mysterious Airai. Another choice of an antagonist is King Azusa Masaki Jurai. As an antagonist, Azusa is merely testing Tenchi to see if he is truly worthy of marrying Ayeka.

When it come to Tenchi making a choice, he will likely continue seeing his female roommates as sisters. Yet his feelings for them are slowly becoming more intimate.
