She has to be asked… which seems to be the issue as very very few will reach out to an actor

that is largely out of anime and only played one role that is no longer front and center.

I uh… poured my 25K word essay on my origins into that “History of Tenchiverse Forums” thread, but

it’s nice to see many people getting back into the fandom and finding a nice place to camp out.

As has been mentioned, it appears via the 10th Anniversary box set that

the first Tenchi OVA had drawn inspiration from Iczer-One, an earlier series.

We happened to find and watch some of it at Ohayocon ’14, so I will stick

some links here so others can see it and draw their own conclusions about some

(quite) similar scenes and elements.

It’s NSFW, and not light on the nudity or gore, or screaming.
