    So they got the rights for it now? So soon? It wasn’t too long ago that it premiered on SYFY’s Animonday block.

    I wonder if Toonami will pick up any other shows from either Animonday or Techtv/G4’s Anime Unleashed.It be

    nice if they picked up Rahxephon as well.

    Wishful thinking I know,still…

    Now as far as Gurren Lagann goes anyone who hasn’t seen it is in for a real treat as it’s one of the best

    animes and certainly the best mecha anime to come out in the past decade.

    And let’s all recite in one big voice Team Gurren’s motto now:”WHO THE HELL DO YOU THINK I AM?”

    Some crazy person who really knows how to do animation(meaning not me ’cause I don’t)should come up with

    Sailor Moon vs. Wedding Peach vs. Tokyo Mew Mews vs. Magic Knight Rayearthanime wherein Sailor Mercury,Angel Lily, Mew Retasu and Fuu have a Grand Fight to the Death!

    ok….so it be basically the four of them sitting around and having tea…. 😆

    I think I may have mentioned this idea before, but every time I think of Sailor Moon spoofs that’s the one idea that keeps popping into my mind. iloveit1

    Gotham is set to premiere on Fox in September.It’s basically Batman without the customes.

    Apparently it features Bats,Catwoman,The Riddler,The Penguin,etc.before they all took up their secret identities.

    For example Catwoman is still Selina Kyle and Penguin is still Oswald Cobblepot.

    Either this show will end up being in the same mode as Elementary or it’ll be a real stinker.Depends on how

    things go.

    If I were still into dubs that alone would be reason enough to get Crystal.

    AFAIG:I’ve scheduled my own buying Sailor Moon for March 2015 or late February(depending on when

    I order Cardcaptor Sakura) to hopefully coincide with my St.Patty’s day b’day.

    The first three months of 2015 will be Magic Girl Time for me what with planning on ordering Princess Tutu

    in January and the other two in February and March. iloveit1

    btw:interesting side note on the original anime version of Sailor Moon,the same director also directed both

    Princess Tutu and Kaleido Star.

    I agree that in many ways Shayla Shayla is the Ryoko of El Hazard.

    This leads to the interesting question as to what Ryoko would look like if she had red hair like her ‘mother’ Washu.

    (Though it might actually match her personality more.)

    Actually if you think of it now we have at least 5 different versions going:

    1.The Manga

    2.The Classic Anime

    3.The Live Action Series

    4.The Musicals

    5.The New Series(depending on how much material from the manga is actually used)
