Full Metal Panic! could use some more love, considering it’s dwarfed by something with a similar title that reminds me of Harry Potter. I can recall many instances when I or somebody else tried to bring it up, only to be interrupted in a way impling we were about to talk about Fullmetal Alchemist. If the conversation is not only about anime, then there’s a war movie which has been sodomized by people continually repeating quotes.
