I FINALLY finished this morning. Needless to say, it was fantastic! Out of all the Tenchi anime I’ve seen its definitely my favorite! I also watchedTenchi Universe afew weeks ago and loved it too. They’ve finally announced the full cast list at Ohayocon. Looks like Dagon nailed Cherami Leigh as Wahanly and J Michael Tatum as Ulyte. Good job!

I would more guess that it was part of extra’s they didn’t get the rights to because of budget (hence why none of the extras from the Pioneer Discs or the Japanese Discs are present)
Yeah, that seems to make the most sense, so they just included it as a bonus feature instead of tacking it on at the end of episode 13 like Geneon did. I find it hard to believe that they had access to the omake’s dub, but decided not to use it. Theres only one part that seems strange though, would the omakes dub really have to be aquired seperate from the actual footage, and for such an amount that they wouldn’t bother to actually get it?
