Been on quite the dry spell lately, felt good to get a few pickups. First up on the list is one I’ve been hunting down for a while but had trouble getting one thanks to its random availability. http://i2.minus.com/iOWQQf0fpOu5k.jpg" /> Dogfish Head’s Bitches Brew. Crafted in honor of the 40th anniversary of Miles Davis’
. A blend of beers, three parts Imperial Stout to one part Honey Ale with gesho (an african grown hop alternative) sitting at a 9% abv. In many ways I’m reminded of the Old Dominon’s Oak Barrel Aged Stout w/Vanilla Bean thanks to the honey ale. Thin for an Impeiral Stout but not watery. Starts off with your expected chocolate and coffee flavors but gives way to a clean, brightly sweet finish. Despite the 9% heat I didn’t really feel it all that much. It’s a very mellow, chill-out kind of beer.seminal jazz work- June 29, 2014 at 7:18 AM

For the next 2 days, Payday 2 and almost all of its DLC is 80% off. Get loaded up with a great co-op experience for $5.99 and pick up all of the DLCs for around a buck each. If we get enough folks interested, I’d consider picking up the Big Bank DLC – only the person who hosts the lobby needs to own the map for everyone to play. - June 26, 2014 at 6:06 PM

Welcome to TenchiForum, chopstick87! kiyonesmile1 Not everyday we get to meet someone who caught Tenchi before the Toonami days. There’s so many different ways the various continuities can appeal – there’s a Tenchi series for everyone. I love that such an emotionally driven character study like Tenchi Forever came from the Universe continuity, which was much more comedy oriented for the first half of its run.
I see Kiyamittens has dragged you in for some Muffins, so enjoy some of this fine coffee and welcome to the forums!

Agreed, I feel like it is most likely the last thing on their mind at the moment. I did consider briefly the possibility that Toonami/Funi are already in on it considering the official Toonami Tumblr’s use of a Tenchi OVA gif a short time before the official announcement but it is most likely just convenient timing. Still, Tenchi is a large franchise over here so I would expect it to end up over here in some capacity. We’ll just have to wait and see what the future holds.

Welcome to Tenchiforum and back into the fandom! kiyonesmile1 Another Toonami era fan here. I have Toonami to thank for a lot but this series is probably one of the most important.
Enjoy your stay here, have some coffee while the muffins come out of the oven~
