In short, even Sunday is, at this moment, somewhat tentative, but everyone should plan on it: Sunday 3PM EST. That’s the time unless Dagon says otherwise.

Also, Crazed, again if you’re familiar with at least some of Pretty Sammy that’s fine (like chuck said, it’s just so you can have an opinion about the topic) but you’ll likely want to try to get mumble set up well in advance, it’s “mean” to new users (it’s tricky, you might need help, as almost all of us have in the past, if so just let Dagon or a staff member know and we’ll help you out) and of course have a mic handy.

The hostile takeover switch from 4kids to Nintendo of America for the dub also neutered the anime for A LOT if not most western fans)

I’ve been out of the Pokemon anime adaptation loop for a long time. So, 4kids hasn’t been doing the dub for a while, and it’s even more watered down?! More so than 4kids, the company that, in Yu-Gi-Oh, simply removed the weapons from the hands of armed henchmen??? (no, didn’t replace with water guns, didn’t edit out the shots of them holding their guns, just literally left grown-@$$ men in suits with their arms oddly oustretched) And you’re telling me after they lost a hold of it, Pokemon got “worse” ?!!! 😯

Anyways, glad to see someone’s finally capitalizing on perhaps the perfect balance of nostalgia feeding and injecting some much-needed novelty in terms of the Pokemon anime adaptation scene (seriously, Ash, how long you gonna out there “catching them all?” til you’re sporting a beard?)

Good theory Ninjaboy, I myself would have guessed something like “oh, lighthawk wing out of nowhere just as the need is dire? Yup, he’s Tenchi’s brother alright” but, going off of the FAQ, it would seem that neither Kenshi nor his sword in this scenario in and of themselves was “special” in the right way to constitute creating a lighthawk wing, but rather, as stated, by way of Kenshi throwing around something with a ridiculously-dense mass at ridiculously-fast speeds. Though, it should be noted, that even this alone may not have been enough, and Kenshi himself in the equation (being blood related to Tenchi) should not be underestimated (why did his forehead glow exactly as Tenchi’s did–albeit one instead of Tenchi’s three–when he used his lighthawk wing?).

In short, I wanted to let you know that that wasn’t a bad guess, and in general forming your own hypotheses, even good ones, with Kajishima’s work you still probably have a 50/50 chance of getting it right at best (he likes to keep us guessing).
